The final stage of the SIDBI recruitment is a detailed interview that comprises 100 marks. The interview process encompasses providing weightage to notable achievements in extracurricular activities, awards, or recognition in service; for this to be considered, candidates will be required to provide documentary evidence.
The interview process in the SIDBI Grade A exam pattern shall test not only the professional knowledge but also the achievements that denote the leadership and impact of the candidates.

SIDBI Grade A/B Syllabus: Phase 2
The SIDBI Grade A and Grade B Phase 2 exam is divided into two papers. Paper I is an English Language online descriptive test conducted in both Hindi and English, consisting of 3 questions worth 75 marks, and must be completed within 75 minutes.
